Your order is hand packed and if it is a gift, please be sure to include a note to the lucky person in the "special instructions" section. The tamales are packed in a Styrofoam container, frozen to 20 degrees below zero and shipped 2nd day FedEx. Your frozen tamales can be put back in the freezer for up to six months or straight to the refrigerator to be enjoyed within a week or two. If you order non tamale items (vinegar, steamer bags, t-shirts, hats), they are shipped regular post.
